I realize this is something that almost everyone already knows, but there is no harm in a reminder every now and then. They say that “music soothes the savage beast” so when your stress level starts to rise take a time out with your favorite music. I always wonder who “they” are that think they know so much. But “they” seem to be right in this case. I know it works for me.
So this is a reminder to stop what you are doing, find a comfortable space or put on your headphones and take a walk, but spend a while with your favorite tunes and relax. You deserve it.
